No Refunds Policy
Underground Traders does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits of any kind for our Discord premium service subscriptions, including but not limited to monthly, quarterly, or annual plans and Mentorship. All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made. This policy applies regardless of the duration of your subscription, your level of participation, or any dissatisfaction with the service.

Why This Policy Exists
Our premium Discord service provides immediate access to exclusive Analysts and Trading Channels, live sessions, mentorship, and community resources. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our offerings within our Discord server) and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, personal changes in circumstances, or dissatisfaction.

Termination. We may cancel or suspend any subscription you have purchased if you fail to pay the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes in full and in a timely manner according to these Terms. If your payment is not successful (for example, if your payment method expired or has insufficient funds), we may attempt to re-run your payment method. We will also try to provide you notice of the failed payment and the opportunity to make a valid, on time payment to us, but we are not obligated to do so.
